I dunno what it is about eating all these meats at the same time that these poms seems to like....

I'd rather just eat chicken or steak, not chicken steak and pork all at once ffs.

If she was able to say, "I'm going, I'm going!", then she was not choking.  A true choking victim cannot speak, or make a sound.  Given her obese state, she most likely had a massive heart attack. 

As a society, we should stop celebrating people who are fat.  I'm tired of "Big is beautiful", and "You're beautiful no matter what size you are."  No, you're obese, a medical time bomb, and you should lose some fucking weight.   >:(

The article should tell it like it is: "I'm going": Last words of morbidly, obese, mother, 47, who had a massive heart attack.
