What's up with the Creatine and BCAAs in Bang?

Creatine is stored in muscles, where it can be used as energy. Put it in an energy drink. You get more energy. Nothing more than marketing like stupid pregnant chick asked the dumba$$es over at Alphalele, Is it safe to drink energy drinks instead of water while pregnant?

The product claims to have some new creatine designed to cross the blood brain barrier amd give you better focus. I drink the little shots and only have of one per workout. They work great, in my opinion. Taste like shit tho.

Im telling ya'll these things ROCK.

Like 85-90% of old ultimate orange or ripped fuel.

Lots of caffeine but im clenching and unclenching my jaw and i cant stop FUCKING TYPING I would rate this product very high.

Also at my gym they sell a powder for like 38$ i have yet to try this but if anyone has feedback on it that would be super great to add to this thread

Oh and i did a search flr the word "bang" on here and im impressed my fellow forum afficianados (nobody spells or uses that word correctly anymore) have been laying the pipe so abundantly. Its really awesome to share in all of this with you all i have to go so i can train legs i created a hybridized training system and it has two leg workouts a week but one of them is soley squats and not super high volume or anything regular 4 sets pyramided up with some light ham work glute and hip work and lots of stretching then 3 days later full leg workout. I know that sounds weird but it works its all coming together i call my system "Legacy Training" because at time of concept i was sitting on my workiut bench at home and the name.of teh bench happens to be (omg) Legacy.

Bang energy drinks tgehe little ones have consistently given me record breaking workouts. At this point i like them more than anything i have ever tried. The powder looks even better. I am planning to try it once i can afford it.

Bang’s biggest mistake was changing from using BCAAs in their drinks to using EAAs. It gave it a terrible aftertaste.

Are you basing that on that one 3 week study with like 20 rugby players or has there been more studies confirming it because I haven’t heard of any. I can’t base creatine = baldness on one study
