Once again in regard to being 300 POUNDS...

While Luke is plenty thick in this video... especially near the end when he goes into the Cryo chamber and has the massage, he does NOT look 300 pounds

why is it all these BB today are all 5'7 or less were they all tiny tits that were picked on then started working out and taking juice

He's one of a few who has...

Not sure what roids he is using or avoiding, but it is working for him

Also I notice a lot of BBers are not suffering with gyno much. Don't know if they are having very good surgery for it now or has some product kept it from happeneing???

As said above its all genetics.....

At the doses he's using (many grams) it doesn't matter what you choose and avoid if it's gonna go it's gone. And an ifbb pro pushing the limit isn't avoiding any steroid that he thinks will make him bigger for the sake of his hairline.

Thanks for helping me understand it is not a particular steroid as I was told, but is based upon the amount used.
