LOL @ Orville stating that he is over 40, then saying that he doesn't want that on the tape, but Mitsuru Okabe leaving it in.

Clicking the modified link below will bring you straight to the 14:20 mark where he said that:

On that note, Orville Burke wasn't allowed to compete in the Master's Olympia in 2002 because he wasn't able to verify his year of birth, and I think that was because he was actually born in 1963, making him 39. Maybe he was purposely lying about his age to make himself older [and thus, more impressive given his age] like Albert Beckles did [claiming a 1930 birth year, when he was actually born in 1938], or maybe Orville is just really bad at math, and thought he was 40, despite being born in 1963.

Either way, to my knowledge, he was born in 1963, making him 39 in the clip above.
He does look damn good there though. Orville should have probably placed ahead of Markus Ruhl that year - and Orville should have definitely placed ahead of Flex Wheeler that year. I guess 2002 was a comeback of sorts for Flex Wheeler, so he got somewhat of a gift placing.
Orville had amazing back genetics. He was also "tall" for a bodybuilder, at 5'10" [I've seen him listed ranging from 5'9.5" to 5'11", which is probably the perfect "tall" height for a bodybuilder, as any taller than 5'11" makes it hard to fill out compared to other bodybuilders who are shorter than that]. 5'9.5" is also as tall or a bit taller than the average male height, so you can't call it short, while not being so tall as to look like you still to fill out your limbs - which is a problem that bodybuilders over six feet tall often have.
The year 2001 was Orville's year where he won the Night of Champions [in a controversial victory over Dexter Jackson, although he did compete at 267-lb that year, outweighing Jackson by 52-lb], and he placed 6th at the Mr. Olympia.
