The directions on the Sensodyne tooth paste label says to minimize swallowing and to spit after brushing. It also suggest putting 1" of the product on your toothbrush. Dawn does recommend drinking a glass of water if the dish soap is ingested. -Doesn't say how much. Any appreciable amount is likely going to cause severe intestinal distress, whether you drink a glass of water or not.

Neither say anything about treating a abscessed gums. Which, based your description, is what you have. While you fool around reading toothpaste and dish soap labels,  your abscess continues....and is probably getting worse.

Teeth are genetic.I brush floss go between and rinse daily and I’m always at the dentist.Yet I have buddies that eat candy and soda allday and brush a couple times a week and they never have a cavity.Geneticalky I have soft enamel so I’m told. And I don’t eat candy or sweets much at all.

Use BAKING SODA... a lot safer than both and you do not have to deal with the bubbles in your mouth from dish washing liquid.... unless you like that kinda thing

when bubbles come out your ears or ass does that mean too much water or too much soap?
Rinse after with dishwater or plain aqua? So many unanswered questions

If true, this sucks. Glad my genetics aren't like yours.

same I brush, floss, rinse like 5 times a day. Old fillings are now breaking after 30+ years, had one root-canalon FRI, one more to go on other side.
Wanted to do them both at once, Insurance barked at that, only wanted to pay for one...

5 times a day!  I'm surprised your teeth haven't been worn down to the gums.

I have also taken issue with toothpaste lately. However, the alternatives are bad.

Also fluoride free toothpastes always seems to have estrogenic compounds in them like aloe vera, tee tree oil, spearmint and so forth. I am considering brushing with baking soda and sea salt.

But for now regular toothpaste seems to be the best option surprisingly enough.

I recommend this unless (see photo) some qualified GetBigger finds a better alternative other than dish soap?

Has anyone tried a solution of Chlorox (bleach) and water?

Youare luck to have dental insurance that actually pays for restorative work. Mine pays for cleanings x-rays and exams. Everything else is on me. chipped my tooth awhile back. That set me back almost $300.

I suggest kerosene as a cleaning agent.

If not available then gasoline.  Be very careful not to smoke after brushing.
