This kid just started making money. Yesterday, him and his posse were showing of the mansion they rented, the clothes they bought, stacks of cash, etc..... Someone, whether on purpose, or by accident, showed off the address in the instagram pics, and now he's dead. Guy wasn't a saint though, he was affiliated with one of the large drug gangs in NY, and tried to steal a Rolls Royce just a few weeks ago from a dealship.

I can't recall ever renting a house without filling out a detailed RENTAL APPLICATION and going though an approval process.

I'm surprised that this kid was approved ... especially in the high class Beverly Hills neighborhood which has restrictions of every type imaginable.
