Well, I guess Getbig has settled it.  We no long need to listen to scientist and doctors.  A bunch of guys you went to high school with did all the research.

Doctors and scientists are not perfect and infallible.   Every hear of quacks and Frankenstein?

Some of these doctors are not Gods or wizards.

Most of the doomsday stuff is simply not happening according to the modeling they sold us on.  Yes bad, bot not the "were all gonna die" nonsense presented.

Yeah and I suppose you believed in every climate model that has ever been made.... Prior of course to every climate model that has ever been made being proved incorrect......

Very reminiscent of these times and all the wrong coronavirus modelling. And media hysteria.

Virus will be over soon, it's already on the way out.

Can I ask a question?

Considering the main epicenters of Covid-19 in the USA so far have been Washington, New York and New Jersey, why precisely are those governors and legislators not being scrutinized for the situation?

Instead, the focus seems to be only on other states run by Republicans.

You want a good comparison?

Here's one.

New York and Florida have a similar population size.

The current situation between the two is as follows:

New York
Total Covid-19 cases: 123,018
Total Covid-19 deaths: 4,159

Florida
Total Covid-19 cases: 12,350
Total Covid-19 deaths: 221

I would also point out that Florida also has a much larger elderly population.

So New York, despite having a similar population to Florida (smaller actually) has ten times the number of cases eighteen times the number of deaths.

Maybe Mayer de Blasio should have not been so vocal about telling New Yorkers to just go about their lives and that Covid-19 wasn't something to be concerned about?

And yes, you can find video of this on youtube.

The numbers are a scam just like everything else. CDC guidelines require that any deaths in the presence of a corona positive test be listed as dying because of corona. The same thing was done in Italy.

The reason you’re seeing the outsized numbers in New York City is because that’s where the powers that be want the newly printed money funneled.

Far be it for me to stick up for De Blasio, but if what we were told was true and it was so contagious, people would’ve been dropping dead in January and February when there no restrictions in place. They weren’t. That’s why there was little concern at the time. The numbers only started spiking when they started large scale testing and labeling every death with a Corona positive test as “Complications” of Corona.

That’s how the testing scam works. It also explains why there are so many positives without symptoms.

Currently, there is no mainstream explanation for this.

When California had its first homeless person die on March 17, the individual tested positive almost 2 weeks prior, the thought was they were going to soon start stacking bodies from the homeless community.

Surprisingly the death toll never took off. Somehow the community that was the most close knit, in terms of the proximity of the living conditions, least sanitary with little personal hygiene and would have the least amount of protection against a respiratory infection was not obliterated.

Obviously this is a serious issue but it’s not what they’ve made it out to be in.

At this point the only thing I believe is that there was a problem with a flu bug in China. As far as I’m concerned, everything else is suspect.

This is very interesting. Maybe it's safer to be homeless. Not that I'd want to test that out.

You might actually be safer in one of those tiny house communities Prime.

Safer than being in the open air, as in homeless? You are probably right about this. The likelihood I would become homeless is pretty remote though. Never-the-less, some of those tiny houses are interesting because of their efficiency.

This compact place was redone by Chip and Joanna Gaines on the show Fixer Upper. It's pretty cool for one person.

The whole world is working together, we can all live in peace!

China will fix their mistakes and soon everyone will be happy being miserable at work.

You can just refer back to this instead of posting from now on.

Thanks!

Nice try, that’s not exactly a “tiny home”.  I meant given your living situation, with your daughter and grandchildren and soon to be great grandchild, it might be safer for you to be on your own in a small place as opposed to your current home.

I referred to the tiny homes because Oregon has a tiny home community set up for homeless people. They are transition homes.

Stay safe. Weirdo.

Destroying the global economy and taking on generational debt to be paid for by the young just to save the very old and already sick will be seen differently post crisis, I'm not saying i feel that way, I'm just saying that peoples perceptions will change, its too early to see whether this will effect property values but where it does and it goes from being a health crisis to a full blown economic crisis, then hang on people, corporate behaviour is already changing and becoming more predatory, there are already many stories of contracts being pulled and deposits lost as many buyers feel the drop will be far more than the deposit offered. If unemployment doesn't bounce back to pre epidemic levels, hold on.

It’s like stopping a freight train. It will get going again but it will take time to get it where it was.

I know people who have been laid off and were told that it was a permanent layoff.  Good luck with the housing market staying stable.

How is it where you are? Are there many people out and about and are they wearing masks? Where I live, it seems like there is an abundance of people at the grocery store and only a few are wearing any manner of protection. So far, I've been one of them, since I've yet to wear the mask my son-in-law gave me. One of my stupid reasons for this is that it is a hospital grade mask and I feel like people will question why I have one when they are in very short supply and should be reserved for others who are on the front lines.

Surgical mask is for 1X use only !.

It's bloody embarrassing that 'mighty' U.S. can't produce masks & ventilators for your own people  ::).

Yeah, but those meals take four hours each.
