In the healthy the virus tends to affect people with higher test levels more. Just saying..

For me it was total for 4 weeks. 
1st week:  Fever, body/headaches, disorientation, and night sweats...
2nd week: Fever was gone, but still had body aches.  Weak as hell.  Hard coughing with the headache felt like my head was going to explode.
3rd week: Body aches gone, but still coughing. 
4th week:  Some weakness, but I could function normally.

I travel all over for work.  In Nov/Dec I was in Hong Kong and Singapore, and then all of Jan and Feb I was either flying west coast to east coast weekly with a few trips to London mixed in.  end of Feb I got so fucking sick.  Same symptoms you described.  I called my doctor to see if I can get tested for Corona.  They said they aren't doing tests and to just come into the doctor.  The doctor could hear wheezing from my chest and said I probably have acid reflux.  ACID FUCKING REFLUX???  Are you kidding me.  They knew fuck all about Corona.  a few weeks passed and I felt a lot better, then my son had the same thing happen to him.  Again, thought it was a shitty flu.  Looking back we both now know that we had this COVID wayyyy back before it became a thing in the USA.

I think what we have just had in the UK was our second wave, I think the first wave was late December early January, many people had the same symptoms back then but it was before the virus was being taken seriously or tested for.

You probably got it in London. Most of spread amongst the working population  in London seems to have happened in Feb.

I know someone who had COVID-19 and was tested for it because his brother had it. Both had zero symptoms, though his girlfriend also had it and experienced mild flu-like symptoms and fully recovered.

I have been following Sweden for months now.

It appears your numbers ~ infection, those in the hospital and deaths are seeing a big decline.

Here in the U.S, ours are increasing! We did three months of intense lockdown and trashed our economy just to be worse off by Covid right now.

My friends here thought I was literally a "killer" by even following and posting about the Swedish approach.

What is the U.S. doing wrong? Its now a literal law that we wear masks when in public. Do you wear masks?

Reports here indicate the most dangerous place to go is a bar or inside a restaurant.

Remember tests in Iceland have shown half the people testing positive are asymptomatic and contact tracing can only really start from a symptomatic person. So plenty of cases will be missing from Korean numbers.

There has been plenty of literature about the asymptomatic and how infections via asymptomatic patients are very rare. The WHO have it at 3% or less.

If Asymptomatic cases are indeed 50% of all infections then places like Northern Italy, Madrid, New York and maybe London have or are close to reaching the required number of infections for herd immunity. The timeline just needs to play out now.

As a ballpark figure a city with a population of 10million which doesn't exceed surge capacity will approximately have 5K deaths on its way to achieving herd immunity. Could be 4 times that for somewhere like New York which is under prepared.
