Are you really trying to equate eminent domain with turning the whole country into a communist shithole?  ;D

Nope. I was simply responding to your post where you wrote, "He believes in the seizure of private property. Not a surprise seeing that is what socialism is..." I don't see anything in your comments that speaks to his turning this country into a communist shit-hole. If that's your issue with him, you should say so and not say something else.

Eminent domain which is the government's way of stealing your property is always controversial. Private property rights are one of the pillars of capitalist economies, as well as many legal systems, and moral philosophies. America’s Founders understood clearly that private property is the foundation not only of prosperity but of freedom itself. Thus, through the common law, state law, and the Constitution, they protected property rights — the rights of people to acquire, use, and dispose of property freely.

Come on man. The function of socialism is to usher in communism. Bernie is an idealogue.

I am aware of what eminent domain is...and again I say to you....are you trying to equate a function that built the highway system in this country with taking healthcare and higher education totally out of private hands?
