I did a typical Matt C
tl;dr post, talking about how great Darren's posts are, but then my browser crashed.
It was essentially stating that Darren values things like physical prowess, fighting skill, and actual athletic ability over the sheer ability to gain muscle mass.
But it's interesting how others see things differently - another person can see a juiced bodybuilder who is aesthetic yet cannot walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded and be impressed, but I feel that Darren consistently looks at underlying skill.
