Rob you should call your local county health office today and explain your symptoms and they will direct you on what to do and where to go for testing. There are no approved treatments for covid19 yet so you don’t need the hospital unless it’s an immediate life threatening issue. In the meantime just quarantine yourself, stay hydrated and get a lot of sleep. There are a number of viruses circulating around so you may not have the coronavirus. You should be alright as this isn’t really deadly unless you are elderly and/or have pre existing health problems. And for the love of God, don’t get your information here, get it on your official county or the CDC website!

Update,actually slept well once I got to sleep around 1130,felt horrible up until I fell asleep.This morning fever spiked a couple times to just under 101.Heavy cough kicking in but not to bad.headache subsided.
