Yeah it is getting better but labored breathing is back today but not as bad.Light fever is back but no headache.

Yeah just inhaler and only cause I asked.Been taking NyQuil,DayQuil,Afrin nasal spray.

-Careful to not get drunk on the NyQuil. It has an alcohol content of 10%. One would have to drink a gallon to get drunk and they'd probably get sick from it first. DayQuil is alcohol free. Afrin can cause a rebound effect. Don't overuse it. Take aspirin to keep your fever down. Glad you posted and kept us updated. This virus is scary business. Get well and be careful not to do too much too soon. It is going to take awhile before you are back in tip-top shape.

chloroquine carries a N+2 charge charge same as Zn+2.  I don't think scripts are that easy to get under the current conditions.  You might try a Zn+2 with Cu+ to offset over exposure.  Theory here is to get the + charge across the cellular member to interfere with reverse transcriptase.  Find a good carrier, slow down the sequence spacing and let the immune system do the rest of the work.

You should perform breathing exercises, force yourself to take very deep breaths etc. it will open up your lungs and help them clear out easier. Keep your nose clear as well and spit as often as possible.

Update,today is a feverish day and hard to breathe from nose congestion not hard to breathe lung wise so that’s good.Still have higher hunger than usual.bringing up all green and clear phlegm,gotta be better than black and bloody.

Yeah it's better. But, green can mean there's a bacterial infection. Watch it, if your breathing continues to be impaired, call the doctor. Antibiotics will knock out a bacterial infection. I'm not just talking out my ass here. I have had bronchial pneumonia more than a few times. I'm offering you the same advice my doctor gave me.

Fever would come and go allday 101.3 I believe was highest.Would come for 20-30 min then leave for an hour then come back.no puking no diarrhea.
