How many of you are WEINERS?

People that don't sweat while working out are weiners.

People that workout on machines are weiners.

People that talk all the time in the gym are weiners.

People that look like they don't lift weights are weiners.

People like you are weiners.


I guess the real question here is how many of you actually workout like real men?

Just going easy till my shoulder is 100% then In less then 3 months will be up to 500 pounds!
