Here's my take on this. Even people like me who don't fear for their health or their lives are screwed because when we don't follow the rules we are jeopardizing the health and lives of others. For example, when I was going to the gym last week, I was getting shit from my family for being so selfish....and they had point. Of course, when they went out to the store or whatever, it was okay because it was "necessary". I shouldn't complain, my son-in-law was able to purchase 6 more rolls of Charmin for me. The dogs have their home cooked food for another week.   

A friend was going to come over for lunch tomorrow. Well, that's off now. I mean, we could have sat 6' apart while we ate and talked. I've been getting lots of phone calls from friends and family and why not? There's not much else to do. I'm going to go take a nap now.

This is true^ the Chinese bred the fucking thing, locked a bunch of people in their houses and got the job done in three weeks! The South Koreans and japs I don't know how they did it? They must have really stayed in.

Now in the west the governments have shut down the economy, only to find that a portion of the pop don't give a fuck and will not self isolate, this means the virus cannot be effectively controlled in small time frame and will likely be facing a more prolonged viral movement through the population. So the economy is fucked and the result is a half assed slowing of the viral spread, they're fucked if they do fucked if they don't.... And they clearly don't know what to do, all while trying to act like they have answers.
