You know the one thing I love about getbiggers, is that I have never seen one getbigger say, "you know what, I was wrong about X."

So, either:

1) Getbiggers are perfect human being who are always rights and never wrong, which means they should go collect their nobel prize and billions of dollars.

OR

2) They are wrong more often than they think and won't admit it or just don't know they are wrong.

You gotta love this site. Filled with experts in every field.  ;D ;D

It sure is haha. Aside from a few, like all the steroid cycles some of these guys take, it’s all broscience made up shit

We are racing toward a great depression. As a nation we have to get back to work.

I remember people saying this in 2009 and 2010.

I remember when the world was going to collapse when the clocks struck midnight on 31st Dec 1999

It's a different world now in many respects, the Internet means you have the same information at your fingertips that the president has in most cases, you just have to be proactive in looking for it.There were members on Getbig who called this exact scenario happening right now weeks ago, when 99.9% of the West thought it was just a Chinese problem, Western Governments included.Nearly all "Experts" got it wrong, while some Getbiggers got it right.Food for thought.

There are some signs the virus is already mutating into a milder form. Add to that a large number already infected and it could fizzle out within 4 to 6 months. Hopefully sooner...

I believe there’s a good chance of a depression in China. The state run investment part of their economy is dead as a result of inefficiency and now they’re going to lose the other part: exports as demand is about to dry up.

Could be a revolution over there.

I hope after this is over they are punished by boycotts and mass disinvestment.

Live updates: WHO warns United States could become next epicenter of global coronavirus crisis, citing ‘very large acceleration’ in infections.

President Trump continued to play down the dangers of the coronavirus pandemic as experts warned of a worsening crisis: A World Health Organization official said Tuesday that “we are now seeing a very large acceleration” in U.S. coronavirus infections, adding that America has the potential to become the new epicenter of the global crisis.

Hahahahahaha

Isn't it great the Getbig has so many accomplished, expert virologist? Who needs doctors and scientists when we have the sage advice of our comrades? It seems as if Getbig folks know more about COVID-19 than almost anyone else. Who invented it, what it really is, when it will play itself out, where to find home remedies for it, why it has spread so quickly and how to prevent it.

The problem with all these very specific careers, they are highly focused on narrow aspects of their field.High iq very often also doesnt correlate with common sense, the guy who can solve equations wirh his eyes shut very often lacks the common sense to not be blunt say when someone dies or know how to talk to a woman. Its why we have a president or prime minister in the first place, someone who can take all the specific information from the sources available to him/her, when its broken down in to easier to understand language, and make a decision based on the information.

Thanks

After 19 years of posting here as a guest and registered user it’s finally my time to shine. 😂😂

That’s said. I’m not gonna be posting too much about this subject going forward. I said pretty much what I have to say. I appreciate Ron giving me a forum all these years.

               or probably more like this.

Cliff Claven was the best. He knew about everything. I love when he went on Jeopardy and the final question was " "Archibald Leach, Bernard Schwartz and Lucille LeSueur" in the category of "Movies" and he said "Three people who have never been in my kitchen."  ;D ;D

I mean, why wouldn't I listen to someone about medicine and physics, who have no college degree or personal experience in either field?!?!?

i know what you meant, but you were largely applying it to this recent pandemic. My point was Ive seen many random people online on different sites, who called it better than most of the experts out there.Largely because they were able to put the readily available information together, along with common sense and life experience, to predict where we are now.You are correct most here were wrong and will never say it.
