Mike O’Hearn is everything Mathjew Canning is not.
Including being heterosexual.
Both of us are heterosexual, but I agree with you that Mike O'Hearn has a lot of great qualities.
BUT.
This whole claiming to be natural schtick has to stop.
I definitely understand why bodybuilders would deny using steroids when directly asked - but to go out of your way to deny it when nobody asked is another story entirely, and that is what Mike does.
The man even uses dermal fillers [possibly/probably Botox], so if he would do that to keep up with appearances in the industry, why wouldn't he also use steroids?
I could be wrong, but it seems to me that the biggest criticism of Mike O'Hearn are his constant claims of being natural. It's really the only thing I dislike about the guy. After all, how many people have stayed relevant - and stayed close to the top - of the fitness industry for nearly 30 years now? To get 10 years would be a lot - and seemingly only genetic freaks get 20 years. To get 30 years is another matter entirely, and puts Mike basically in a league of his own.
But I do wish he would stop with the claims of being natural.
