Are Companies Moving Headcount Out Of California and New York?

With New York and California being shut down, I was doing a little research into the largest employers in these states.  I was surprised to find many of the big name companies associated with these states actually employ relatively few people in the state.  Are companies moving employees out of New York and California?

IBM is conspicuously absent from the list of largest employers in New York, even though they're headquarters is there.

IBM now employees over 130,000 people in India.  The last number reported for America was 92,000 back in 2012.

That Cali list is so dumb.  All of the giant Silicon Valley companies aren’t registered here.  They employee a shit load  if people.

More like just moving them out of the company period. Cubicle jobs are kaput. People that do these jobs are dinosaurs that work 2-3 hours a day max. Commercial real estate will be taking a huge hit.
