We take for granted the genetic freaks we have seen for years and years. Rest assured, it is not normal to look like Jay or Ronnie or Dex when you remove all fat and water from a physique. Getting super lean and dry exposes not just your flaws muscle wise but your structural deficiencies as well. Greg Kovacs comes to mind, when he was real heavy he seemed to look pretty good but dieted down well...you know the rest. You cannot go to the gym and make your structure and muscle bellies look good onstage with low bodyfat dry to the bone, you either have it or you don't. Considering how many thousands compete every single year all over the world yet year after year it's mostly a handful of guys shuffling placings and as some age and bow out a couple new genetic marvels take their place.
anyway Alexey props to him he loves bodybuilding he got a career going and he hasn't lost a kidney or had a heart attack so props to him.
