Nutrition, training and rest are the three foundational components of a healthy bodybuilding lifestyle. Based on that mattress he is not getting enough quality sleep. He’s going to crash and burn soon.

That pop in the muscles, vascularity and being very lean all at once, nattys can't manage it. They flatten out.

You have to use common sense. This guy's life revolves around his body. He hopes to make a living at it. No matter how good he can get naturally he knows he can be even better enhanced and therefore more marketable. He can control how big he gets by diet and still fool the naive but you can never be too conditioned with the muscle fullness
which gear will allow.
