Spain, 65,000 cases in a country of 46 million.
USA 101,000 cases in a country of 327 million.
Your post might make sense in a week or two when the ratios are more similar.
Of course, if you say so. But the virus has been on Spain just about same time than in the US, and this is the point. At the first of the March there were 74 patients in US. and 84 in Spain. At the end of the March, Spain has 73235 patients, and US has 124665, almost twice as much. Which one is handling this situation better? In Spain amount of new cases seem to be going down, in US they go up with increasing speed. Why? In Spain people has realize that this isn't a joke, but in the US? Amurica, fuck yeah! We don't be afraid by some fucking virus, we keep on living as we were, and fuck you if you try to stop us to go to gym, in the malls, in the street parties, concerts, festivals, expos, bars etc.
In Spain you have quite good social security, you have universal health care, but in the US? Well, all that is pure communism, people should carry their own weight, or drop dead, it is so simple..
