2 slices bacon and 2 whole eggs, topped with sharp cheddar and wrapped in a carb balance tortilla.

I find that if I have a carb heavy breakfast, I will catch myself snacking by 10 when I’m certainly not hungry. High fat breakfast and I won’t eat again till 12 when I actually feel hungry.

I’m fortunate to have private gym access during the time. So I’m chilling today and hitting it tomorrow per the usual.

Me....11 egg whites & 1 yolk with a 1/2 cup of oats & 2 cups of coffee with Almond Joy Creamer..

P.s.  You guyz need to eat! ;)

Brutal 80s T-Michael/Zubaz/gallon jug/fingerless training gloves type meal*

Monster avoidance of nutrients and by discarding yolks

Epic time waste separating whites**

* Still not a bad meal, all things considered
**If egg whites were purchased instead of whole eggs, discard point 3.

Just buy pure egg whites in the half gallon carton & throw in a real egg here & there. :)

A Pepzi Zero along with some echinacea pills as I've got a head cold. Will not eat until later today as I don't like eating when I wake up. Will probably start my day off with a piece of extra old cheese though.
