We don't know if this works at all. We have anecdotal evidence from France. Trump's team is testing it in NY. I know from knowing some health professionals in NJ they haven't seen any evidence it works but they work in Intensive care ICU where the patients are on their last leg. They are still using it and keeping data on it.
Trump has been doing an unprecedented outstanding job. If he didn't quickly close the borders from China and Europe we would be in for a world of hurt. Keeping people from work has slowed the progression. Ventilators are being made in massive numbers. The Army corp of engineers have constructed and equipped temporary hospitals in record time. Two massive military hospital ships have been sent to the coasts. No president has ever done more to prevent a disease.
On another note 50,000 have died from pneumonia last year in the US. We had had no hysteria or fear from this contagious upper respiratory infection. This flu season we have around 35K dead in the US from this contagious upper respiratory infection. 2945 dead this date from the Corona virus and our economy is collapsing from everyone being barred from going to work. The stock market crashed, GDP is collapsing, unemployment is rising and jobs are lost. Some liberals celebrate this thinking it will empower Democrats. When the curve flattens and it starts to go down this country will sky rocket up economically. One of the reasons the stats are rising so drastically is because the US has the best tests and most amount of testing in the world. There are so many uncounted in other countries.
