The combo has been available for over a month, it works, one of the first studies i read on it was from Wuhan,then later france,works really well when made available early in the virus life cycle, some of the old dying would have died this year anyway, only 30% of deaths in Italy are being recorded as due to the virus by the coroner. Again they were dying anyway, the virus just accelreated it. Countries with low mortality rates were and are using it, countries that aren't ,have higher rates, the US health care system is the best in the world, but its not a public health system, as its been designed to support a part of the population not the whole of the population, its failing badly, pandemics require quantity over quality.
