Slim / fit people usually regain their health after about 8 days. Obese ones recover far less often and have to go to hospitals

They’re not efficient. I think most things should be privatized and outside consultants used to oversee the project. The only bad thing with these PPP for infrastructure, is that there is also the chance that the private firm doing th building gouges or goes way over budget which is the case on some of the design build projects. I’m not sure there is a right answer, because governments are always going to be inefficient at administering projects, and if you go private there is always the chance they cut corners because of greed.
