fuk that is cheap for a nice place with pool
Thank you. We absolutely love this house & we call it our "mini mansion". It's only 1902 square foot but it has everything we wanted. At first, it was "under contract", so we looked at the exact same house directly across the street, same price, no fence allowed, smaller pool, above ground hot tub & facing the lake. In real estate, things can change "just like that'. It did, we got the call, put in a bid, got approved & closed the deal approximately 3 weeks later. Sold January 27, 2020.

P.s In ref to a previous post, I am an all-around athlete except for golf. Favorite sports: Soccer, Softball, Volleyball & Football. My major in college was Health & Physical Education. I was one semester short of my Bachelor's Degree at The University of Delaware when I got the offer to be an American Gladiator. Moved to FLorida & end of story.
