The last few sports shoes I've bought have been made in Thailand and Vietnam.

My recent Nikon camera was made in Thailand, as was a new lens I bought for it.

Plenty of other countries which can make quality products.

If businesses pull out of China they can invest in several countries in South East Asia and South Asia.

Actually that started happening as soon as Trump put tariffs on China. Hopefully he cranks them up further- right after we move pharmaceutical precursor manufacturing back to the USA, haha.

Is the request to get rid of already purchased products? Or to not buy them in the future?

What if we’ve been to China in the past? Should we go back and tell them it was a mistake you ever came there in the first place?

So keep it simple, don't buy anything with any chinese made parts in it, nothing which is made in china for foregin brands etc. or shorten version: Just stop buying anything, because you can't avoid chinese products. Even that whey protein, where do you think they get those ingredients?

Same here.  Especially foods, pet foods or anything else that's ingested or goes on the skin, like shampoo, soaps, hand sanitizers, lotions, mouthwash, makeup, kleenex...

Smart. Products made in China often contain toxic materials, and / or allergens such as nickel. As there is no freedom of speech or press freedom in communist countries, it's easy for companies to break the law / add or use illegal or dangerous stuff to their products.

Bribery and corruption also are a big problem in countries like Russia, china, North Korea etc.

Both for health and environmental reasons (not to mention human and animal righst violations) I think it's best to buy goods made in for example Germany, Canada, USA, Australia, UK, Northern Europe etc etc)

Throw out everything in your apartment, lock all the doors and windows, and sit naked in dark in the empty room. That is only way to avoid using any chinese products, because even in that light bulp has chinese parts in it

The reason china produces so much protective mouth / nose mask (often of poor and not medical quality) probably is the horrific air pollution in china

APPLE doesn't want to produce in the USA. American jobs? Apple could not care less. Apple does not like excellent profits margins, Tim Cook wants extreme profit margins (preferably without paying taxes, which is something for ordinary people to do)

As nobody really needs Apple products, a boycott will force Tim Cook to pay attention and hopefully change his mind

A complete history is on display of all Chinese art and technology for over 5000 years. China on its own was one of the most backward countries in history. The first watch in Chinese history was a bad copy of one given to an emperor by the British in the 1800’s. They are about original as your posts Ropo, haha
