The IRS is now sending paper stimulus checks, and plans to send approximately 5 million paper checks each week. The order of stimulus checks is not random or based on geography. The IRS will send checks starting with taxpayers who have the lowest annual adjusted gross income as reported on their 2018 or 2019 tax return, whichever is more recent. Here is the planned weekly schedule for the IRS to mail stimulus checks based on annual adjusted gross income, as first reported by The Washington Post. All dates represent the “week ending” (for example, the week ending April 24) and the IRS could change this schedule at any time.

Less than $10,000: April 24
$10,001 - $20,000: May 1
$20,001 - $30,000: May 8
$30,001 - $40,000: May 15
$40,001 - $50,000: May 22
$50,001 - $60,000: May 29
$60,001 - $70,000: June 5
$70,001 - $80,000: June 12

I did the online form on the irs.gov website two weeks ago and finally yesterday my status updated showing im getting mine tomorrow yeeeeeee

I will say if you are getting an error message filling out a form its probably something you are missing. I got a few error messages and had to go.back a couple pages and found my ssn# had depopulated and i had to type it in again. Was all good after that.

It's 100% random.  I fall in the July range and received $300 like 2 weeks ago or something.  My parents are retired in one of the hardest hit states, Louisiana, haven't received jack till this day.

Was your 'check' a direct deposit?  Sorry about your parents being in one of the hardest hit states and that not being part of the government's criteria. Hope they weren't counting on the stimulus check to get by.

though she recently lost her job due to hospital layoffs during this hoax, but chance of re-hire as well in near future
they did send her unemployment right away which was surprising.

There was no CARES Act check amount for $352. Perhaps it's a tax return? Perhaps it never happened.....?

Well there was at least one stimulus check for $732.45 which is what I got. Depositing it has become a horror story though. Tried to deposit it via my bank's phone app which responded with "success" following the photo of the front and again with the photo of the back. However, the deposit never showed up in my account. Tried this twice before going to the bank drive-up yesterday to deposit it. They couldn't do it because it had already been processed even though they acknowledged that no deposit was recorded. I called the bank number the branch manager gave me and was told that they should have accepted the check when I tried to deposit it in person. They arranged for me to go into a branch today to speak in person to a banker. So, in about an hour, I have an appointment with a Well Fargo banker to get this taken care of. Wish me luck. This whole stimulus thing has been nothing but a hassle in my case.

we just have normal medical jobs, pretty simple (shes a psych nurse)
you make a certain amount, they dont give you the full amount. and no, it was the stimulus, got a follow-up snail mail on it this past week
very far from being rich, just people w/ jobs. (I know unheard of).
