While many whine about their mega gym athletic complexes with the shiny new equipment being shut down, I am in my cellar dungeon gym, toiling away on my Jubinville weight bench with the rusty plates and 50 year old Dan Lutie barbell. But the last time I checked a pound still weighs a pound whether it's in an ultra-modern athletic facility or in a damp, leaking dusky cellar.

I have a huge basement with a great gym. When I down size in the near future I will train at a commercial gym but I will always have a home gym. At minimum a chin attachment, dip attachment with a bench. Add adjustable dumbbells and you're in business.
