My dad had one of the old school ones, maybe the first generation, dunno. I was in high school or middle school can’t remember.
I remember thinking it was badass, but you need a lot more weight than what comes stock. I remember benching he whole stack, 300 pounds or something, but couldn’t put up 225 on a flat bench yet.
Probably better than nothing, and can give a good pump. Sort of like a high end band workout.
