Guns and ammo to stimulate (but not annihilate) the economy.

For a couple it is $1200 per person up to an AGI of $150,000, and then $500 per kid. 

This is AGI (Adjusted Gross Income) not your gross

Over that and up to $200K it reduces gradually based on every extra $500 earned.

75K for an individual so it eliminates all of great big.

Someone said I can qualify for the Canadian one.  My mom told me not to do it, because the programs are there for people who actually need the money.  I understand her logic, but whatever I have will just go towards my kids one way or another anyway, so I wouldn't feel guilty for using this program.

So it's single person the limit is 75K for $1200 and it slides down from there. It's $2400 for a married couple making under $150K and it slides down from there. $500 for each kid under 18. What ever you do  don't give the money to the Chinese.
