So if they have no way of working due to disabilities, how did the shut down affect them financially? Are they prostitutes who have aids? ???

I’m
Guessing the landlord found an excuse to get rid of them during this

Could be pretending to sell it and they’ve to go because he has to sell now as he’s after taking huge financial hits elsewhere

But no you’d have to give the pricks notice to do that hmmmm

But he/she/it/they said they owe a landlord money maybe he found a way to get rid because of that

It is legally easier to evict tenants who are behind in their rent. Evictions generally take awhile, typically one to three months. Never lock a tenant out. It is against the law. Utilize the court system and have have the sheriff remove the tenant. A landlord also cannot confiscate the tenant's belongings is lieu of unpaid rent.

I am a landlord but in Ireland it’s different. I don’t know how it’d be best in America

Even if someone doesn’t pay rent here it’d take months to get rid of them legally especially a family (which I never rent to)

If I have a problem with someone I would stick a for sale sign up and tell them I’m selling it’s quicker and less confrontational that way

I take it you don't put your tenants on leases. In some locations in the U.S. not renting to families will get you into trouble. You pretty much cannot discriminate against applicants for any reason. Oregon law says: A landlord may not refuse to rent to you, evict you, or treat you differently because you have children. There are exceptions for certain federally subsidized projects, for projects where all of the tenants are over 62, for projects where 80% of the tenants are over 55,
and when the landlord rents space in the landlord’s own residence if all occupants share
some common space within the residence.

Yeah you can’t legally discriminate but you get to choose who you rent to,so you would never have to rent to who you don’t want to.

The Kielbasa would be sufficient for two-four of them!

Good luck with that if you get reported by a disgruntled applicant you turned down. Ever hear of the ACLU?

I'm sure you could find "good use" for these two trans twinks, if they lived in your house?

It's your legal right to choose what applicant you want for your home. So you just pick who you want no one knows you have discriminated unless you actually admit it....

Yes I can’t SAY in my advertising that I don’t want couples or blacks or whatever

But I don’t have to rent to them either

Just can’t say it

Don't be. On the other hand if it makes you happy to think about what I could or couldn't find use for, knock yourself out.

A paki mate who I do a lot of work for rents one of his many properties to a darkie, among his never ending list of complaints one was he wanted new door casings because at some point someone had fitted New doors and moved the hinges so the old notches were visible, when the joiner refused to change them he started trying to intimidate him. Even the paki refers to him as a fucking black bastard

If you have information on this subject to the contrary, post it instead of complaining. I'm sure you can come up with something more intelligent than your above quoted post...or maybe not. Maybe all you have is to be an asshole.

The Fair Housing Act of 1968 is a law against overt discrimination and is not applied in the manner you’re trying to portray.

You’re running your cockcatcher, trying to back it up with Google, and failing because your senile soggy old pedo brain is rancid.

Fuck off and catch Covid-19 you disgusting gloryhole Queen.

I had a guy call me about a room. Said he was a doctor just moved in locally and he sounded Arab to me on the phone. So I let him see the room.
He came and had terrible breath. It was so bad I had to stand 4/5 feet away talking. And a bit of an attitude. Also, the final nail was that he was black.
I had told him to bring a deposit (something you should never say really) because I thought a doctor would be fine 100%. He was shocked looking when I said I had others coming to view it and started offering me rent up front. I wouldn’t budge.

He knew 😬
