he was considered in'movie'to be a heavyweight boxer he probably was 185 rocky 4 he was in great shape ,for rambo 3 i think he was in 160's for that he ate nothing he claims literally.biggest and he was much older for the last rambo movie he was heavy looking all over,.his best look was his mid 90's after kids were born he was small and softish for him filming stop or mom will shoot and tango and cash ,,then cliffhanger/demolition man,specialist/he was bigger/more vascular than ever..

Awesome look - I agree with a body weight of about 180lbs.

I read that he tore his pec before Rambo II.
Part III was a cool 80ies movie but something was lacking compared to the other two. I remember going to the cinema as a child seeing the previews / posters / promo material for this movie... great times.
