No where near 200 pounds,

he's like 160-170 in that Rambo pic, approx 16 inch arms... He's very lean and short that means he's light, you guys ever contest prep see how much weight one loses as they become leaner.....

His biggest, as in his heaviest? He went up to 212 pounds of fat for Copland. He was also heavy in Rocky Balboa (2006), but by far he was his BIGGEST in Rambo IV in 2008 where he claimed to be 219 pounds. And for the record, he weighed 190 pounds in Rocky I and 202 pounds in Rocky 2. In Rocky 3 and Rocky 4 he went down to 155-160 pounds (which is the same time frame he made Rambo II and Rambo II). Anyway, here he is in 2008 in Rambo IV at his heaviest (most beefed up by far) and what's crazy is that he was in his early 60's here:

During the opening stick fighting scene in Rambo 3, I was pretty shocked at the shape he was in. I didn't have as much of a discerning eye that I do now so I didn't notice the right pec injury and subsequent atrophy. It's really apparent when you freeze the frame where he holds the sticks over his head crossing them and making an "X".

Still, very impressive. He's such a disciplined man and kept up his training all his life and not just "prep" for a picture and then go back to being a slob.

Agreed he was never real big big he has always stayed in great shape, you have to respect that discipline as we all know staying lean like that year round is hard work.

Most Hollywood faggits just train diet hard for a couple months before filming and then that's it..

He has said the reason he got the tattoos on his chest was 'unfortunately' to cover up pec injuries.

He has had several major injuries and surgeries, mostly from injuries on set filming.

Neck surgery, two back surgeries, pec, both shoulders and foot tendon surgery.

Tore his right pec when training for Rocky 2. Challenged Franco to a bench press contest whilst prepping for the movie. Due to the tight scheduling, the filming went ahead despite still recovering. Switched from Southpaw to Orthodox in the fight as a result of the injury.

Played a supposedly starving POW in the WW2 movie Escape to Victory immediately before Rocky III where he was tiny.

His forearms have certainly increased in size during the last 20 years or so but then so have his hands, feet and forehead hmm......

The tattoos covered the scarring and varicose veins that later developed.
