He's a drug user but when on and training hard he looks better than 95% of the posters here. I thought he looked his best for Rocky III. That was amazing definition. He looked around 170lbs and 5'9".

forgot over the top ,,he was pretty big there too,different look and probably lifts and camera angles to appear larger to go against those bigger guys in that movie..

He has said he had no idea about nutrition at that time when it came to putting on weight. Would drink milkshakes and things like that. It wasn't until meeting Carl Weathers on Rocky 1 and learning some things from him.

Stallone is one of my heroes but I think he was always 5'7'' and looked his best at 160 lbs of ripped mucles, in Rambo 3, now with elevator shoes he can look 5'11''-6' tall, kinda what Robert Deniro does
