Good for him, he’s in his 50’s or close to it. I always thought he had one of the best physiques because of his height. He peaked too late/old.

That being said, Freeman looks good, his skin looks great, and he doesn't have that burnt out look many old pros get.

Maybe it was just time to stop force-feeding himself, busting his ass in the gym, and taking a ton of hormones.

You can never win here at GetBig, if he was still huge then all the comments would be dead by (in five years at whatever he is now). If he trims down and is actually healthier and enjoying a more balanced life, he's dying of aids or has kidney/liver damage. The fact is that he is still bigger than most men on the planet and I know that is what is so important to most of the fatsos here.

He was one of the greats but it's time to move on and focus on other things that life has to offer than just having big muscles and impressing other men.

He is 6'2" and walked around in the offseason at over 300 lbs. Remember what Jay said about what life is like when you are over 300 lbs? The guy was a great bber but I think his torn pec hurt his placings as well as competing in the prime Ronnie/Jay era.

To the layman, his torn pec is probably unnoticeable but when you are at the top of the top every bit matters. One big advantage with being tall is how you stand out in comparison shots. Many look great alone but in a line-up, they disappear. When you are taller than everybody else you just stand out more.

Or maybe he has grown as a person and his identity and feelings of self-worth no longer revolves around having big muscles. Not everybody sense of self-worth is the same as an adult as when they were in high school and college. Well, if that is your passion and you're successful you will live your dream. But you're right that there comes a time, as with all athletes, when it's time to give it up. Guys that try to stay stupid huge long after they retired don't last long. Look at Nasser walking around 300 lbs and haven't competed in years. Just like that bber that had kidney disease and after he lost all that weight, got off the drugs, everything went back to normal. Still, he couldn't handle it and went back on the juice and the problems started all over again.

Imagine being so insecure that you can't live life without bulging muscle and looking like a freak even if ruin your health is a sure thing?

Probably. Only a few of these thong warriors are mentally fit enough to cope with being average looking again and not drawing attention wherever they go. Insecurity is a bitch and if u don‘t have a plan B after ur glory days being in top shape u‘re in trouble.
