hahaha thanks guys but that actually was me 3 years ago! maybe 200pds not even! You should've seen me when I started out! I was all but 150 pounds soak and wet with no fat at all just skin and some muscle shape. Now I bulge at close to 240 and can get into contest condition in a week if I want it. I just did cardio today for 30 min and lost a couple of percentage of bodyfat! ;D Soon you will see a physique far superior to any other naturals competing at the O! :o

its not him at all. look at his other pictures, they look nothing like these. unless he changed his torso size and muscle shape, they're different people.
