Do hard drinking and drugs for a long period and anyone can look like that too. The plastic surgery was done to try to change his hard living face but only a wizard could fix that mess. I know several fighters from my short period in that game and none of them look like that. Outside of a slightly crooked nose and some small scars my face is fine.

Is that lipstick for sure then? If he isn't trying to look like a woman, every single possible photographic quality to line up to make it look that way must have happened at once. But those earrings look too feminine to me.
