Van Damme knew not to make that mistake, so he made sure he was the star villain of not one, but two of his movies.

In his movie days he had the most overdeveloped pecs in history. I think his workout schedule was chest & arms everyday.

He looks very skinny now but he is real old now as well. One of the best villains in cinema.

If anyone here hasn't seen Bloodsport with Jean Claude Van Damme, go watch it. It's the best movie JCVD ever made. He should have not made anything else. In that movie, Bolo looked very impressive (like an off season, bloated but powerful looking and complete bodybuilder). Interestingly, the man was 42 when they filmed the movie.

Double Impact is better than Blood Sport.
