My guess is that most on this forum are introverts. Bodybuilding is an introvert activity.

did the meyers briggs years ago cannot remember the result Has been much abused by companies and not very predictive of action under pressure
If its about better knowing yourself (as opposed to the company fitting you up) investigate the enneagram -(preferably from a spiritual perspective)

Hmmm, you could be right. For the most part bodybuilding is a solitary endeavor. Quite the opposite of a team sport, for example. great! It gives us loners the means to stay busy, healthy and productive.

There MB type tells you whether or not you should date them. Stay away from ESTP's for sure.

To say it says nothing is a stretch. It is a good model but of course has flaws.

No, it’s not even a good model.

It has poor reliability and validity, which means it doesn’t measure what it’s supposed to measure and it doesn’t consistently measure it. This means that it likely tells you nil about you personality. It’s really been a discarded measure and it’s not used by anyone in the field. It’s a shit measure. It’s original developers did not norm the test and it was made from home by a mother and daughter with no scientific training. All personality tests have flaws but this is beyond flaws. The Meyers Briggs is pretty much the same thing as reading your horoscope on a Sunday morning.

There are better personality measures that are much more reliable and valid (MMPI, MCMI,CPI).

Where is it the most used model?

In serious settings, such as jails, courts, academic testing, forensic settings, hospitals, private practice, it's rarely used or recognized. In some, it still may be used.

The MBT has its cult following, but its rarely used in any serious setting.

How do you know it's accurate? How can it be accurate if it has poor reliability and validity? I'd love for you to explain that to me. lol.
