Vince Basile's supinator machine

10000 moving parts , cost over $100k

''Here is the first image online of the biceps-supinator. This was invented by myself and built totally by myself in my engineering factory. I tried to sell the design to Nautilus and Cybex but they were not interested. So this machine has cost me over $100,000 to patent and build. Surely it is the most expensive machine ever installed in a gym.''

I have revolving handles for pull ups. It's so much harder than using a straight bar but it's good for the shoulder joint letting it revolve the way it wants to naturally go. What makes it hard is that it's not locked.

I use something similar. The expendable rings which can be used for dips, push ups, rows etc. Great piece of lockdown equipment.

I will add in another version that I have (+TRX too)....I would probably pull the trigger on some rings....people dump the Rogue ones all the time for like 40 bucks, but I still wonder if they're redundant for me.
