Tyson is quietly becoming the poster boy for vegans. He claims to have lost #100 over the course of 3 years doing it.

Does Mike lift or just do push-ups and "road work"?

It's always been hard to get real info on what he actually does with weights, but lifting now, and always lifted. His current training looks something like this according to ESPN -

"Tyson said he's been doing two hours of cardio, then lifting weights before starting his boxing work for around half an hour."

Sadly, they didn't say how many days a week.

Edit - More :

"I’ve been working out, I’ve been trying to get in the ring, I think I’m going to box some exhibitions and get in shape," Tyson said in an Instagram Live session with rapper T.I. "I want to go to the gym and get in shape to be able to box three or four-round exhibitions for some charities and stuff.

"I do two hours on cardio, I do the bike and the treadmill for an hour, then I do some light weights, 300, 250 reps. "Then I start my day with the boxing thing, I go in there and hit the mitts, 30 minutes, 25 minutes, start getting in better condition."

From what I’ve seen, most boxers  don’t get crazy with the weights. There’s too much else to do to be sore for 2 or 3 days after heavy squats or benches.

Back in the day I used to go to an old-school boxing gym. It was basically bodyweight calisthenics, heavy bag, speed bag,  roadwork, sparing.

That'll be too bad.  I am not really a fan of sports but when Foreman came back his tenacity and style made me want to root for him. I do hope the best for Tyson.

Tell that to Tito and Liddell, that comeback was great!

Is Tyson fighting Holyfield in Saudi Arabia?

I thought Lidell was going to have a heart attack in the first round. Poor guy, just doesn't know when to let go.

Exactly.

He should leave it alone.

Maybe do some shadow boxing exhibitions, ONLY.

I always liked Tyson.  This is a publicity stunt IMO.  As much as I'd like to see him KO some people, I doubt it will happen.  I wish him the best though, he seems to have turned his life around.

Tyson is quietly becoming the poster boy for vegans. He claims to have lost #100 over the course of 3 years doing it.

It's a starvation/malnourishment diet of course people lose weight on it if they were eating junk food previously. Tyson is a steroid drug addict, his entire persona and athleticism comes from his drug abuse and if he insists on remaining vegan for his comeback it could end very badly for him as we have seen with other now ex-vegan athletes who were featured in Game Changers but who suffered various illnesses and injury setbacks as a result of vegan malnourishment.
