I think segregation is the only solution.
Racism is a built-in human trait. We desire to be amongst our own.
The more they force divershitty and multiculturalism, they more intensely the natural inclination of racism will come to the surface.

Remember the old Abbott and Costello routine about Lou getting married to a girl in the hills who was 10 and he was 40?
Lou says but "I'm 4 times her age!" and Bud tells him it's okay cuz in 4 years she'll be 15 and he'll be 45 which is only 3 times her age. Then in 15 more years from that she'll be 30 and Lou will be 60, which is only twice her age. Lou then complains that if that keeps up she'll pass him up!
