My late grandfather was a NYC police captain and ex Marine who in the 50s told me that when he would see some really suspicious guy lurking around closed businesses, eyes going back and forth, seeming to have no purpose and he was saying threatening things to people or offensive things to women, my Grandpa would take out his nightstick, tap it against a metal light post and look at the guy.  He said "The guy would know what it meant and move on". I'm not justifying police brutality but I do sometimes feel like a prisoner here in L.A. especially with homeless people who scream, threaten people and intimidate my elderly mother when she goes to a CVS late. The Santa Monica Pier, one of the places special to me as a kid now has routine gang issues because they built the "Subway to the sea", a fast light train that goes from the L.A. hood directly to the Pier. The Pier can now be an intimidating place on a Friday night with multiple gang incidents, and you will frequently hear "What you lookin at nikka? You ain't gotta tell me shit, just move on nikka"...as thugs argue with each other in a place I used to play skee ball as a kid. But I am told it's racist to dislike the Subway to the Sea despite everyone on the westside knowing it brought extra crime to Santa Monica and L.A'S beach communities. Now cops can't even tell someone to move on without being met with civil rights lawsuits. You're right, they are trapped. We all are.

There exists NO SUCH injustice that White people are perpetrating on non-Whites, or on females, at the institutional level, that compares to the level of actual INSTITUTIONAL and SYSTEMIC discrimination suffered by Caucasians in North America.

By "institutional discrimination", I mean discrimination which is 100% legal and enforced by law.  Affirmative action or racial quotas is one such example.  Another example of institutional discrimination against would be family courts being unfair to men, as I mentioned above.

Even Canada's own CHARTER explicitly states affirmative action as a "right".

They don't use "White" and "Non-White", which is why the charter in Canada will eventually be scrapped once White people are fed up enough [unlike the American constitution that makes OBJECTIVE points...Canada's bullshit charter is shit like discussing what is and is not "reasonable", which is obviously horseshit from a LEGAL perspective].
