3 day split then repeat no days off

Day1 back
Light to moderate deads aiming for form
Bent barbell row
Pullups with weight attached knees to chest
Day 2 chest
Variated weighted pushups
Dips
3 legs
Tons of warmups for tight hips see eric bugenhagens vids on mobility
Front squats
Squats
Lunges

Repeat
Eat max calories but try to eat a lil more

I see so your goals here seem to be skinny arms and shoulders and massive muscular imbalances likely resulting in injury.

Got it. Will give routine 110% and report back.

Arms and shoulders will get worked decently by his chest and back work.

I usually do a 3 or 4 day split with no days off...

I found out the trick for me years ago was to never plan days off...if something happens then I can take it without consequence.

Right now I haven’t taken a day off in almost 2 months I think.

And no....I haven’t hit overtraining...I am not a professional athlete who’s burning themselves out from daily twice a days.

Current split is

Chest/tri’s/abs upper
Back/bi’s/abs lower
Shoulders/tris/abs upper
Legs/bi’s/abs lower

I try to run 3-6 miles every day as well....that’s really up to my wife and dog though...if my wife is working then I just put my daughter in her stroller and load it up with water and snacks for her and I can run all damn morning.

Great advice from Marty Champions  ,I will strictly follow this routine ,I hope maybe one day I can look half as good as he does.
