Fixed...

I remember the story of the guy who robbed a home and tripped on a skateboard. Broke his leg and sued the family. Lol.

Oh hell, I’d saw your arm off and use it to jerk off into the face of the fat chick, while licking the skinny broads taint.

I love the roof Koreans but did they actually shoot anyone?

The LA. naggers decided not to press the issue.

I wouldn't recommend a 1911 to someone unless they were an experience shooter. In that case, the 1911 is hard to beat.
Love my 1911's, great guns.

Is that what you carry when you’re hiding from big kubby inside Jack-In-The-Box?

They killed another Korean by accident, and were definitely in the streets having gun fights with looters/gangsters. Those first and second generation didn't screw around. Way tougher people than they get credit for.

Also just about a year before, you had this killing, The Black vs Korean boycotts in NY and LA, Ice Cube's "Black Korea", and  a whole bunch of other things that made it to a boiling point by the time the riots kicked off -

Carried a gun for YEARS. Gave it up when I turned 50 years old. Prison at 50 never appealed to me. Started carrying again last week. Little stainless .38 special 2" barrel. Beautiful little carry piece. Only five shots but five is enough.

You won't have time to hesitate and think 'oh, I better aim for the leg' while he's trying to kill you. If he has a gun or knife, you'll be dead by then.

One thing I've noticed is that anybody who claims that one should shoot to wound, say, target the leg or shoulder, or even better, shoot any weapon they have out of their hand, have never shot a handgun before.

Shooting a handgun halfway decently is not that easy. It's an acquired skill. The vast majority of people I've taken shooting for the first time can't even hit a human size target 15 feet away. Just the way they pull the trigger and brace for the recoil throws everything off. And this is under a stress-free controlled environment.

Just wondering - if it's your first weapon are you (or Rory) already trained to use it?  Or are lessons on the way at some point?

Good post and 100% true.  Shooting a handgun is nothing like what you see in movies (ie. using only one hand with no recoil because the blanks they use are only 25% of a real round).  Quite a different thing in real life.  When I go to the range I notice that most cannot even handle a 9mm with accuracy.  If they have a 40 or 45 they're all over the place.
