I honestly wish I had better answers for society but taking care of African Americans really is our responsibility and we are going to have to figure out what the best course of action is to bring them as a culture up to speed. Throwing money at them is foolish as is dangling educations that they do not see the value in obtaining. The only area in Japan where I've seen non-Japanese working was the Kabukicho night life or red light district of Tokyo.

I saw several people working in restaurants and in convenience stores who were either Pakistani or Indian.

Also, seems almost all the bouncers at the clubs and many of the touts in the streets outside were black Africans, possibly from Nigeria or other central African countries.

A Las Vegas man seen on surveillance video brutally attacking a 64-year-old bus rider that resulted in that man losing his eye was sentenced to a minimum of three years in prison but given probation.

According to court records, Nathaniel Graves was sentenced on Nov. 30 to three years in prison but the sentence was suspended and he was given probation after accepting a plea deal. Graves pleaded guilty to one count of battery resulting in substantial bodily harm of a victim 60 years or older.

Police said Graves placed his feet on the victim's lap while aboard the bus. The victim then asked Graves to remove his feet, leading to a violent altercation. Graves allegedly stood up and punched the victim numerous times until he was unconscious, police said. The severity of his injuries caused the victim to lose his right eye.
