Germany.

What country is this benefiting? Fuck your own women and repopulate. Don't allow your leaders and NGOs to bully you into importing people to destroy every last aspect of anything you value.

Squeals of happiness. Absolute joy. There are thousands of these videos. And those are just the ones recorded.

the hyena laugh reminds me of the lion king

king mufasa refused to allow hyenas on pride rock, a beautiful place to live

scar murders him and becomes the new king, he says lions and hyenas should coexist ie DIVERSITY and then pride rock becomes a barren wasteland abandoned by all the sensible animals until simba comes back and kills scar and kicks the hyenas out :)

The only thing the "Black Lives Matter"-movement have done is to make people dislike and distrust blacks even more.

If i had a company in The US, i would never hire a black person.

don't hire women either, they cause most of the workplace drama and always play the victim, which might explain why so many seem to support BLM

Exactly.

It's completely backfired on them  ;D

Whenever there's violent riots in the US and Europe it's usually by blacks. Looting, destruction of property, random attacks on people etc.

People who were once sheltered and naive are now seeing the reality.

It’s really just a shakedown operation. When one of these incidents occur, BLM exploits it and then gets “donations” from businesses that feel it necessary to virtue signal.

Exactly, and all that money goes to the democrat party.  Nothing of any value will come out of it.  The ghettos will still be shitholes no matter how much money is pumped into them.

Colgate Reviewing its 'Black People Toothpaste' Still Sold In China

It used to be called Darkie, with a white man in blackface as its logo.

Colgate has said it is "reviewing" its Darlie brand — AKA "Black Person Toothpaste" — which it still sells in China.

As many US brands overhaul their logos and packaging with racist connotations and origins in the wake of George Floyd protests, the 87-year-old brand is facing renewed pressure to reassess its problematic image.

Established in 1933 in Shanghai by Hawley & Hazel, it was acquired in 1985 by US-based Colgate-Palmolive.

Up until 1989, the brand was known as Darkie; its logo was a smiling white man in a top hat, wearing blackface.

The logo was inspired by American minstrel performer Al Jolson, after the founders saw him perform in blackface, and thought the whiteness of his smile would make the perfect marketing tool.

While the owners finally changed the derogatory "Darkie" to "Darlie", its Chinese name literally translates to "Black Person Toothpaste". The advertising campaign during the switchover, for example, reassured Chinese customers that "Black Person Toothpaste is still Black Person Toothpaste".

The logo was changed to a more racially ambiguous one; a man, still smiling and still wearing a top hat, his face now half white and half black.

The brand is sold in many other parts of Asia too, including the Philippines and Thailand.

On Thursday, Colgate confirmed it was looking at overhauling the brand once again.

"For more than 35 years, we have been working together to evolve the brand, including substantial changes to the name, logo and packaging," it told Reuters in a statement.

"We are currently working with our partner to review and further evolve all aspects of the brand, including the brand name."

The move follows similar moves by Quaker Oats owner PepsiCo scrapping its Aunt Jemima logo, with Uncle Ben and Mrs Buttersworth likely to follow.

Earlier this year, Land O'Lakes dropped the Native American woman from its packaging, which had been considered "antiquated" by critics.

I have ended acquaintances with several people aligning themselves with this disgusting marxist movement, white and black. Honestly the sooner this turns to violence the better because we won't have peace until the marxist insurrection is dealt with across the west.

BREAKING (GRAPHIC): Multiple people reported stabbed. Some reports of fatalities in vicinity of a Black Lives Matter protest in Reading, UK

Diversity is our strength! The sky is polkadot. The Bolshevik revolution was the ethnic Russian people rising up and not some racist outsiders on a sadistic killing spree.

If you think that cop didn’t have a right to shoot after Brooks fought with both cops, took his weapon off his person and discharged it at him, you can fuck right off.

What you, me or anyone else on Getbig thinks makes no difference. What ultimately matters is the verdict is when this case goes to trial.

That is not a choice you can make here without consequences. If you had a company in the U.S. where there are laws against discrimination and a qualified black person wasn't hired simply because they were black, you would be fined by BOLI, the ACLU and probably sued by the person you discriminated against. There is a chance that black person could end up owning your company.

I wouid of course come up with an explanation.

Like that i already hired someone in that position, it was already taken etc

Not fitting what we are looking for etc... Looking for another personality, different abilities, background etc etc

If it's a black dude applying for the job, i just hire a female instead saying we need more female flair in this company etc (catering to dat deres, liberals and feminists love that shit)

They wouldn't know the reason would be that it was a Pavement-Ape that would scare the employees and customers.

yes, because when. you wrote to him telling him hednt got teh job you would explain it was because he was black  ::)

Do you realise the only person who doesn't have a legitimate claim for discrimination is a straight white male?

Every other race and gender could put in a claim if they didn't get a job and say "its because Im black/Asian/Chinese/gay/trans/woman.
Try saying you didn't get a job because you were straight/white or a man

You have no lawful recourse

We have the "Equality Act" in the UK, it discriminates against straight white males because it gives everyone except them a voice

MLK was a communist, plagiarized his dissertation, slept with 2 white women the night before his assassination, and was on tape laughing while one of his homies raped a woman.  When are they pulling down his statues?

You are too funny with your roll eyes imogi. Trust me, you wouldn't need to be this dumb to end up in trouble. Just the suspicion and some smattering of proof, such as being able to show you had more experience would be enough to have a case.

Technically, If you could prove the only reason you didn't get a position was because you were white, it would be discrimination. Truth is there is a whole array of criteria perspective employers can use for not hiring someone which could result in their being sued. https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/lawsuits-based-the-hiring-process.html

One time during a courtesy interview for a different higher paid position that I was entitled to 'bump' into because of my seniority and prior experience, the person jerk interviewing me said, "I don't like your union activity, if you bump into this job, I will find a way to fire you." Although this was illegal and I could have taken the job, I didn't. HR cut me a deal where I not only was able to remain in my current position, I continued to get annual increases to compensate me for any financial loss. Another time, I applied for a position being reinstated that I'd previously held before it was cut. The supervisor hired a much younger gay woman with no previous experience or qualifications. When I inquired as to why I was not given the position, he told me she was "higher energy." This is age discrimination. I filed a complaint and threatened to sue. The district agreed to pay me a sizable lump sum to cover the difference in pay scale.  I continued working their until I retired at 66.
