This is a Tweet today by Nobel laureate Paul Krugman, not to be confused with Jessica Krug, the college professor who recently was exposed for pretending to be black.
Krugman was a professor of economics at MIT and Princeton University. He also has a column in the "newspaper of record", the New York Times. So, when idiots and their Marxist masters need supportive "facts", they can appeal to "authority" and reference things Paul Krugman has uttered or scrawled.
Krugman was awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences in 2008, three years after his prophetic internet prophesy.

The other nonsense Krugman spouts falls into the "mostly peaceful" fallacy category. Then Krugman ends with 'gaslighting'. "You're crazy to believe what you see with you own eyes." You will be institutionalized, if not killed, when you "wrong see" if the Bolsheviks get their way, and they probably will because the names(racist, bigot...) they'll call you if you don't go along with whatever they want will be too much to bear.
