Nah, we are fine. I was in Zimbabwe on a trip in 2009 and that there was a banana republic. First clue was a guy gave me a 500 Billion dollar note as a souvenir because it was worthless, haha.

We're 10-15 years out from that at the rate things are going. Trillions being printed is two things....future higher tax rates and increased speed of devaluation. If you think that 401k is untouchable just wait until the socialist POTUS that we WILL have in the next 10 years decides to executive order a 20% haircut of pre-tax accounts. That is conjecture of course but the point stands, nothing is a legacy to a socialist.
