What exactly does she mean? That rape didn't exist as a concept? I mean "forced mating" always existed and didn't seem to have been thought of as wrong in any way.

And what is meant by "whites"? Can't be the people of the old testament as there was a lot of raping and sexual slavery ordained by God, if you read the OT.

From what I've read most african women seem to report having been raped. Someone quoted a statistic saying 50% of African American 18 year old women in the US report having been sexually assaulted by an African American male.
I haven't checked the source of this statistic though. But I do know that AA rape of whites is common while the reverse almost never occurs. I'm sure all of this is somehow the whites fault.
